A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

• I will promote and market Lady Kay Enterprises Inc products/services to customers.

• Write about products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).

• Share brand message on social networks

• Receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.

• Share content using our brand hashtags: #ladykayenterprisesinc #lkestaffingsolutions
  3. I will receive a $199 commission per referral who purchases staffing solutions service. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
  4. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
  5. If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company.                                             

• 6. I will not share my Brand Ambassador promotion code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the Lady Kay Enterprises Inc
  7. I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
  8. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
  9. I will promote Lady Kay Enterprises Inc  products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
  10. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #ladykayenterprisesinc, #lkestaffingsolutions, and/or  in each post that relates to the staffing solutions services. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Lady Kay Enterprises Inc
  11. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit  all promotional codes effective immediately.
  12. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must remove all content from my social media accounts and any photos sent to Lady Kay Enterprises Inc  will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  13. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
  14. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
  15. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

• B. Lady Kay Enterprises Inc. (Company) understands and agrees:
  1. Company will compensate the Brand Ambassador with a $199 commission per referral who purchases staffing solutions service. Once compensated, Lady Kay Enterprises Inc owns the rights to use this image for campaigns even should the Brand Ambassador leave the program.
  
  2. Company will provide the Brand Ambassador with their commission within 7 days. Company will not cancel any order submission or add reward points if an order was submitted without a Brand Ambassador promotion code.
  3. Company may provide additional reward points to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
  4. If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
  5.The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
  6. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.

  C. General:
  1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
  3. Lady Kay Enterprises. may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
  4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
  *active pertains to posting content at least once a week which includes at least one pre-approved Lady Kay Enterprises Inc hashtag.
